MEDELLIN

Our next stop is Medellin, the "city of eternal spring" full of colors and awesome people. I traveled to Medellin on January for vacations and I love it. I lived a magnific experience, I felt that everyday was a great adventure and I wanted to stay more days, but for personal reason I have to return . Well, I don't want to distract you anymore, so I'm going to start showing the places I visit during my stay in Medellin. 

1.  LA PIEDRA DEL PEÑON:

Near to Medellin there is a little town called Guatapé with a giant rock as the main attraction.This rock is 220 meters high and, if you want to appreciate the beautiful views, there are 659 steps to climb. When you get to the top, there are a couple of small stores where you can buy food and reminders, but I advise you not to buy reminders there, because you can find very nice and cheap things after you go down. Below there are also restaurants with delicious and typical medellin food such as paisa tray, I recommend you taste it.

I must admit that in this adventure, I discovered my fear of heights, but still I went up every step and I could see my beautiful Antioqueno land. That was a pleasant experience for me and my family.
